Georgia-Carolina Corporate Partners

Thank you for your interest in supporting Georgia-Carolina Council, BSA through becoming a corporate partner. The Georgia-Carolina Council is a 501C-3 non-profit organization that benefits youth through programs of character development and values-based leadership training. We positively impact youth and families across a 16-county service area in the CSRA through providing fun and adventure to more than 1,500 boys and girls each year.

Scouts are mentored by caring, trained adults who guide them through our various programs which have a proven track record of giving young people a head start on leading succesful lives in the future. These scouts practice being leaders, learn principles of self-reliance and determination, and have opportunities for career awareness they just can't get anywhere else.

The Council maintains two properties to help deliver its mission - the Robert E. Knox Scout Reservation and the Georgia-Carolina Nature and Adventure Center. Most scouting activities, including summer camp, take place at Knox Scout Reservation. The Nature and Adventure Center provide day camp programs that provide workforce solutions for busy parents, career awareness clinics, as well as numerous other short-term programs for Scouts and the community.

HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

The Georgia-Carolina Council has launched a Corporate Sponorship Program that offers businesses and professionals a variety of benefits to increase their brand awareness and recognition within the community, while supporting local youth. The long-term success generated from corporate sponsorships will:

  • Better serve our area youth that benefit fro the year-round adventures at our camps.
  • Make the usage of properties more attractive to Scout groups and local community, to include other non-profit and local organizations, thus generating more revenue that can be used to continually strengthen programming.
  • Provide quality facilities that make our camping operations more competitive to non-Scouting groups for rental opportunities thus diversifying our revenue generation.

To learn more about our sponsorship opportunities, please fill out the form or contact Dan Rogers at Dan.Rogers@scouting.org or 706-733-5277.
