Society of Eagles

This elite society is for dedicated individuals and corporations who believe in the mission of the Boy Scouts of America and help the Georgia-Carolina Council keep their annual Scouting programs strong for over 3,000 youth throughout the CSRA . Investors whose annual support of the Georgia-Carolina Council, Boy Scouts of America reaches, or exceeds, $2,500 are recognized as members of the prestigious Society of Eagles. Support from our friends and community is crucial to maintaining a strong, viable program for our youth.  The Georgia-Carolina Council, Boy Scouts of America is very grateful for the support it receives and, with the donor’s permission, will gladly recognize Society of Eagle  members for their investments in the following manner:   

  • Society of Eagle Gold and Platinum members will be recognized in The Council Compass, the Georgia-Carolina Council’s corporate E-newsletter that is circulated to over 3,000 families and businesses on a semi-monthly basis.
  • Society of Eagle members will be recognized on the council website.
  • Society of Eagle members will be recognized in our special event programs, (Fleur-de-Lis Gala, Golf Tournament, Council Banquet).
  • Title Sponsors of our special events (Fleur-de-Lis Gala, Golf Tournament, Distinguished Citizens Dinner) will be recognized in all of the events marketing materials, be given appropriate recognition in the event program, and be recognized at the event.
  • Society of Eagle members will be recognized on the Society of Eagles recognition wall in the lobby of the Scout Service Center.
  • Society of Eagle members will be recognized in the Annual Report.

Investments qualifying for Society of Eagle recognition can be made through the following annual campaigns:

Giving Levels:

Silver Eagle ($2,500-$4,999)

  • Recognition in printed materials Fleur-de-Lis and Golf Tournament
  • Recognition on the Society of Eagles recognition wall in the lobby of the Scout Service Center.

Golden Eagle ($5,000-$9,999)

  • Recognition in printed materials for Fleur-de-Lis and Golf Tournament
  • Recognition on the Society of Eagles recognition wall in the lobby of the Scout Service Center.
  • Tickets for four guests at the annual Council Recognition Dinner, or Fleur-de-Lis.

Platinum Eagle ($10,000 and up)

  • Recognition in printed materials for Fleur-de-Lis and Golf Tournament.
  • Recognition on the Society of Eagles recognition wall in the lobby of the Scout Service Center.
  • Tickets for four guests at the annual Council Recognition Dinner, PLUS 1 foursome at Council Golf Tournament or Fleur-de-Lis Gala.
  • Presentation of a limited-edition Society of Eagles statue.
