SCOUTS BSA OPTIONS

Face-to-Face Merit Badges

The Nature and Adventure Center offers a variety of merit badge classes throughout the year. Classes are hosted onsite and are generally scheduled for Saturday mornings from 9:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-12:00pm in the Exploration Room. Scouts are asked to wear their uniforms. Lunch is not provided, so Scouts need to bring a bag lunch and water bottle. Refrigerators and microwaves are not provided. Classroom and Badge materials are provided. Scouts need to remember to bring their pre-signed blue cards with them to class. Classes are generally $20. 

 

Virtual Merit Badges

GCNAC is excited to frequently offer Virtual Merit Badges! These offerings vary weekly and occasionally include classes that aren’t normally offered face-to-face at GCNAC.

CUB SCOUT PROGRAMS

The Nature and Adventure Center is excited to offer belt loop and certificate classes for Cub Scouts and Webelos on a weekly basis. Classes are hosted onsite and are generally scheduled for Saturday mornings from 9:00am-12:00pm at the NAC Pavillion. Scouts are asked to wear their uniforms. Lunch is not provided, so Scouts need to bring a bag lunch and water bottle. Refrigerators and microwaves are not provided. Instructional materials are provided. Classes are generally $20. In the case of inclement weather, classes will be held in Conference Room A.
