We have the perfect facilities to accommodate all of your rental needs. Our conference center offers a unique ambiance you cannot find anywhere else in the CSRA. It is spacious enough to hold large gatherings but quiet enough to maintain a sense of fellowship and unity.

RENTAL FEES — EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2025

Deposits & Additional Charges

$250 refundable damage deposit (due upon booking)

$500 refundable damage deposit if serving alcohol (due upon booking)

$50/hr security/deputy — 4-hour minimum, payable day of event in cash only to deputy

Premises must be vacated no later than midnight. Setup and cleanup time must be included in your rental time.

Rental Procedures & Policies

A completed and signed Rental Contract and damage deposit are required to guarantee the rental date.

Remaining rental balance and miscellaneous charges are due no later than 30 days before the event.

For events less than 30 days away, the deposit, full payment, and all charges are due upon signing.

Damage deposit will be refunded by check approximately 10–14 business days after the event.

Rental dates are not secured until the deposit is made and will be forfeited if full payment is not received 30 days before.

Cancellation Policy

Damage deposit is refundable if cancelled 30+ days before the event.

Cancellation less than 30 days before the event results in loss of the damage deposit.

Change of date is allowed 30+ days before, provided the new date is available.

House Rules

The GCNAC is a non-smoking facility.

Any contracted person (DJ, caterer, florist, etc.) is the direct responsibility of the Renter.

Events serving alcohol require a Columbia County Deputy to be present.

Rice, confetti, gum, and glitter are prohibited. Only birdseed may be used outside, away from entrances.

Nothing may be adhered to the walls.

Smoke machines, sparklers, or any flammable effects are strictly prohibited — the event will be immediately stopped.

All activities must be confined to the room(s) rented.

Renters may arrive at the beginning of rental time. The last hour is typically used for clean-up.

GCNAC and its staff will not assume responsibility for items left or lost during an event.

Security Detail Policy — Events Serving Alcohol

Up to 100 people: 1 deputy · 101–200: 2 deputies · 201–300: 3 deputies · 301–400: 4 deputies

Deputy fee is $50/hr per deputy with a 4-hour minimum, payable in cash only at the end of the event. The deputy arrives at the event's start and remains until the rental period ends. GCNAC staff will schedule the deputy.

Serving alcohol must be indicated on the rental contract at time of signing. If not indicated, no alcohol will be allowed on the premises.
