 2024 POPCORN FUNDRAISER!

The Popcorn Sale is the official sponsored fundraiser of the Georgia-Carolina council. Popcorn isn't just about raising money, it's about teaching Scouts the value of earning money, interacting with adults, and being more confident. 

There are 3 ways to sell, please watch the videos below for a concise overview of each option:

We have a Facebook group now for leaders, this includes popcorn kernels and other pack leaders that will be helping with the popcorn sales. Check out gacapopcorn.

 The security questions are there to make it so bots can't easily join. We ask that you don't have your scouts or parents join this group as it is for information and logistics between leaders only. Please use your unit facebook group, email and other unit communications to get the information to them.

POPCORN POLICIES

Storefront (Show & Sell) Return Policy

1. Units may only return up to 10% of their Show and Sell order.
2. Any product that is returned to the warehouse must be in the original packaging, unopened and in sellable condition. This includes product that comes in gift boxes, as they must be sealed with the orignial tape. Last day to return is Monday October 28th before 4:00PM
3. If you receive damaged product please email Ryan Meredith for replacement instructions immediately so that we can help correct the problem right away.

Wagon Sales (Take Order) Return Policy

1. Wagon Sales orders are NON-RETURNABLE

Payment Information

1. Payments can be made at any time during the sale. Your Show & Sell invoice is due by Friday, November 8 before 4:00PM and final payment is due Tuesday, December 3rd before 4:00PM.
2. Payments are made at the Council Service Center (in-person or by mail). Please make your SINGLE check payable to Georgia-Carolina Council. If paying by a personal check please make sure to include your unit number in the memo field. Credit Cards will NOT be accepted.
