2025 POPCORN FUNDRAISER!

The Popcorn Sale is the official sponsored fundraiser of the Georgia-Carolina council. Popcorn isn't just about raising money, it's about teaching Scouts the value of earning money, interacting with adults, and being more confident. 

There are 3 ways to sell, please watch the videos below for a concise overview of each option:

We have a Facebook group now for leaders, this includes popcorn kernels and other pack leaders that will be helping with the popcorn sales. Check out gacapopcorn.

 The security questions are there to make it so bots can't easily join. We ask that you don't have your scouts or parents join this group as it is for information and logistics between leaders only. Please use your unit facebook group, email and other unit communications to get the information to them.

 

 

2025 Important Dates

Take Order Sales Begin	Wednesday August 13
Show and Sell Orders Due	Sunday August 24
Show and Sell Order Pick-Up	Thursday - Friday September 4-5
Take Oder / Show and Sell Ends	Monday October 27
All Excess Popcorn Returns Due                                Unopened Cases Only - Up to 10% of order	Tuesday - Friday October 28-31
Take Orders Due - EXTENDED UNTIL	October 30
Take Order Pick-Up	Friday November 7
Show and Sell Payments Due	Friday November 7      Cash or Check Only
Final Payment Due	Tuesday December 2             Cash or Check Only
Pick-Up Location for Take Order is Council Serviec Center / Adventure Center in Evans.

POPCORN POLICIES

Storefront (Show & Sell) Return Policy

1. Units may only return up to 10% of their Show and Sell order.
2. Any product that is returned to the warehouse must be in the original packaging, unopened and in sellable condition. This includes product that comes in gift boxes, as they must be sealed with the orignial tape. Last day to return is Friday October 31 before 4:00PM
3. If you receive damaged product please email Ryan Meredith for replacement instructions immediately so that we can help correct the problem right away.

Wagon Sales (Take Order) Return Policy

1. Wagon Sales orders are NON-RETURNABLE

Payment Information

1. Payments can be made at any time during the sale. Your Show & Sell invoice is due by Friday, November 7 before 4:00PM and final payment is due Tuesday, December 2 before 4:00PM.
2. Payments are made at the Council Service Center (in-person or by mail). Please make your SINGLE check payable to Georgia-Carolina Council. If paying by a personal check please make sure to include your unit number in the memo field. Credit Cards will NOT be accepted.

2. We do not sell Popcorn. We are asking for support for the greatest Youth Development Program in America. Popcron is a Thank You for thier support. 

3. All donations of cash are Heroes Donations.
