The Popcorn Sale is the official sponsored fundraiser of the Georgia-Carolina council. Popcorn isn't just about raising money. It's also about teaching Scouts to earn their own way, interacting with grown-ups, and being more confident. 

A popcorn sale is pretty simple but there are some details that will make the sale a lot smoother for you and your unit. Be sure to share important dates with families in your unit. Any resource or form you can't find on the website, you can email your District Kernel or your District Executive for assistance.

September 1, 2020 before 5:00 pm

Show & Sell Order Pick Up

September 15 (Times will be scheduled w/ District Kernel)

Unopened Popcorn Returns

November 9, 2020 (Time will be distributed by the District and Council Kernel) – ONE RETURN PER UNIT ONLY

Show & Sell Return Policy

To make sure we provide the very best product to all of our customers please take a minute to read the show and sell return policy.

  1. Please review your order and keep in mind that we will attempt to have inventory on hard at the popcorn warehouses to fill your needs.
  2. Any product that is returned to the warehouse must be in the original packaging, unopened and in sellable condition. This includes product that comes in gift boxes, as they must be sealed with the orignial tape. Last day to return is November 9, 2020.
  3. If you receive damaged product please email Jessica Hornsby for replacement instructions immediately so that we can help correct the problem right away.

  1. Your take orders are NON-RETURNABLE

Payment Information

  1. Payments can be made at any time during the sale. Your Show & Sell invoice is due by November 18, 2020 and final payment is due December 4, 2020.
  2. Payments are made at the Council Service Center (in-person or by mail). Please make your SINGLE check payable to Georgia-Carolina Council. If paying by a personal check please make sure to include your unit number in the memo field. Credit Cards will NOT be accepted.
