 2021 POPCORN SALE

The Popcorn Sale is the official sponsored fundraiser of the Georgia-Carolina council. Popcorn isn't just about raising money. It's also about teaching Scouts to earn their own way, interacting with grown-ups, and being more confident. 

A popcorn sale is pretty simple but there are some details that will make the sale a lot smoother for you and your unit. Be sure to share important dates with families in your unit. Any resource or form you can't find on the website, you can email your District Kernel or your District Executive for assistance. 

We also have some YouTube videos of Zoom training that Trails-End put on just for our Council. They have been edited and condensed down to make it relevant to the audiance it is intended for. You can find the training videos on this playlist on YouTube. More will be added as they happen and are edited. These videos cover how to use the Trails-End app for store front, wagon sales and online direct (last one comming in July) for Scouts and parents, as well as how the Unit Kernels can use the Trails-End website in conjunction with the the Scout/parent app on mobile devices.

POPCORN POLICIES

Show & Sell Return Policy

To make sure we provide the very best product to all of our customers please take a minute to read the show and sell return policy.

  1. Units can only return up to 10% of their Show and Sell order.
  2. Please review your order and keep in mind that we will attempt to have inventory on hard at the popcorn warehouses to fill your needs.
  3. Any product that is returned to the warehouse must be in the original packaging, unopened and in sellable condition. This includes product that comes in gift boxes, as they must be sealed with the orignial tape. Last day to return is October 29, 2021
  4. If you receive damaged product please email Ryan Meredith for replacement instructions immediately so that we can help correct the problem right away.

  1. Your take orders are NON-RETURNABLE

Payment Information

  1. Payments can be made at any time during the sale. Your Show & Sell invoice is due by November 17, 2021 and final payment is due December 3, 2021.
  2. Payments are made at the Council Service Center (in-person or by mail). Please make your SINGLE check payable to Georgia-Carolina Council. If paying by a personal check please make sure to include your unit number in the memo field. Credit Cards will NOT be accepted.
