Oldtime Fun with New Ideas
**NOTE: Due to huricain IAN we have moved the Camporee to Oct. 28th - 30th and extended registration until Oct. 21st.**
Brownsea Island was the first recognized Scout camping opportunity, It was organized by Lord Baden-Powell as an experiment for youth to test the principles of his adaptation of the Military Scout Guide Book. There 21 youth were organized into Patrols and participated in various activities and skills. Return to Brownsea 2022 will be a mixture of the competition by Patrols using old and new games to help integrate new members of your unit and use the leadership skills of your older youth. In regards to that we will be using your Senior Patrol Leaders as Camporee Staff.
