NRA Basics of Rifle

This course is for registered members of Scouting America only with the expectation that you will give back to your Council. It will be held in the Knox Scout Reservation's Scout shop (Trading Post). This is the first main building on the right. Snacks and lunch are included. If there are any dietary restrictions, please let the lead instructor know. This course is a mandatory prerequisite for the rifle instructor course to be held on 25 April. If you are coming from out of Council or if you wish to have quarters on the Knox Reservation, please contact the Camp Ranger, Jay Seago, at 706-990-7265. Rifles and ammo will be provided. We accept checks made out to me or cash only - no credit cards. Eye and hearing protection is provided for the shooting portion of the course.
