Lodge Leadership Development – November 7–9, 2025

Our lodge is excited to announce Lodge Leadership Development (LLD), taking place the weekend of November 7–9, 2025. This annual training event is designed to enhance the leadership skills of the Order of the Arrow’s key youth and adult members as they continue to grow in their service to Scouting America and the greater community.

LLD is more than just a training weekend; it’s a chance to connect with fellow Arrowmen, build stronger bonds of brotherhood, and develop the tools needed to strengthen both our lodge and our units back home. Whether you are a new leader or a seasoned member, the sessions are tailored to provide practical skills, inspiring ideas, and meaningful discussions that will help you make a bigger impact.

Registration Information

• Early Bird registration: $25 – closes October 24 at 4 PM

• Normal registration: $35 – closes October 31 at 4 PM

• Day attendee option: $15

We encourage everyone to register early and secure their spot before the late deadline.
