OA Lodge Leadership Development
Lodge Leadership Development: Training is a key program within the Order of the Arrow. Through a wide variety of available trainings each year, Arrowmen can learn the skills necessary to take initiative as a leader within their lodge, chapter, unit, schools and communities. Training is our tool in communicating the tried-and-true methods of running a quality program, and prepare the next generation to take leadership within their Order.
Due to restrictions with COVID-19 guidelines, this year's fall Lodge Leadership Development program will be hosted as a 100% virtual, online experience. This six-session program will be available for registered Arrowmen to at 8:00 on Saturday, October 17 until 12:00 (noon) on Monday, October 18 to work towards completing their individual LLD Passports. Through this virtual online training portal, Arrowmen can work throught the tasks and modules at their own pace to complete each module's session.
