Powder Horn presents to youth and adult leaders pathways to outdoor and highadventure activities of a fun and challenging nature. Powder Horn is a “learn by doing” experience for outdoor and high-adventure activities based on giving participants exposure to these activities. Powder Horn CDC is designed to introduce potential future Powder Horn course directors to the Powder Horn program and to educate future course directors on the process of delivering a successful Powder Horn course.
