National Membership Fee Increase

The National Council has raised the annual membership fee to $15.00 per member (youth & adult). This new fee is in effect for ALL unit recharters beginning January 1st. Please make sure you are collecting the proper amount for your unit. The $15 membership fee is transferred directly to the National Council of the BSA and is not part of the council's annual budget.  The local council does not set the annual BSA membership fee. New membership and adult applications will be available soon and will reflect this new price. 

Also, don't forget to continue to add $1 per youth and adult member at recharter (or when you add a new member throughout the year) to cover a portion of the Accident & Sickness Insurance Policy covering all Scouts and Scouters in the Georgia-Carolina Council.
