US Army Col. Walter Joseph Marm Jr. (Ret.) spoke at the Georgia-Carolina Council's 11th Annual Fleur-de-Lis Dinner & Auction held on Friday, November 4 at St. Paul's Church in downtown Augusta. Over 200 scouting supporters attended this year's dinner.
