Good Turn for Ronald McDonald House!

Members of Pack & Troop 413 recently visited the house to make a donation.

On Saturday, July 19, Pack and Troop 413 visited the Ronald McDonald House on Green Street in Augusta to make a donation of pop tabs. Families in the Pack and Troop, as well as members of their Chartered Organization, Hephzibah United Methodist Church , have been collecting tabs over the last year. The Pack has been involved in this program for three years, while this is the first year for the Troop.  The Ronald McDonald House is a "home-away-from-home" for families of seriously and critically ill or injured children receiving medical treatment at nearby hospitals. They started the “Pull for the House that Love Built” program to combine their continuing need to raise funds with the benefits of conservation through pop tab recycling.  For more information on this easy and worthwhile community service please contact Tawanna Kelly, House Manager, at
