Fiscal Policies & Procedures for BSA Units

Helpful information for all scouting units from the National Council.

The National Council has provided this "Frequently Asked Questions" memo to offer insight and advice to BSA units regarding fiscal policies and procedures. It is important that these policies and procedures are followed to protect unit volunteers, chartered organizations, local councils and the good name of the Boy Scouts of America.
