2008 Mt. Vintage Golf Tournament
35 teams participated in our annual golf tournament at Mt. Vintage Plantation Golf Club.
A fun-filled day of golf took place on June 2nd at the 22nd Annual Boy Scout Golf Classic to support the Georgia-Carolina Council. Special thanks to our Title Sponsor Cherry, Bekaert & Holland, Eagle Sponsors Wal-Mart, John Deere, Comcast, Doctors Hospital, Energy Solutions and Dr. Robert Cutting, Lunch Sponsor Backyard Burgers, Dinner Sponsor Outback Steakhouse and all of our participating teams and sponsors supporting this event. Thanks also to Executive Board member Patrick Duckworth and his entire committee for their leadership in organizing this year's tournament. First place went to the Stokes-Hodges Augusta Mitsubishi team. Second place was the team from Publix. Third place went to the Outback Steakhouse team. Mark your calendars now for our 23rd annual tournament...Monday, June 1st, 2009! |
